Apple Pickle: How to Make Apple Pickle

Apple is one kind of fruit. Everyone likes this fruit very much. Most of the people like to eat Fresh apple. We can use this in a pie, dessert, cake; even we can make apple pickles, apple jam, and much more. Apple pickle is such a mouthwatering recipe. In this way, we can preserve apple for more than three months. To make apple pickle, we need a few ingredients, and it requires only 15 minutes. So we can easily make apple pickles in a short time.

  • Mustard oil 250 gram,
  • Three teaspoons (Cumin-seed, black cumin seed, fenugreek seed, aniseed, and parsley),
  • five pieces of cardamom,
  • three pieces of cinnamon
  • Dry chilli 1/3 cup 
  • A specific amount of salt
  • Apple red/ green 1KG

How to Make

1st step

Take a nonstick pan, put mustered oil, and warm it in medium flame. Then add dry chilli, cardamom, cinnamon and fry all spices for 2 minutes

2nd step

Now add apple slices (each apple cut five pieces) stir it two to 3 minutes then cover the pan for 10 minutes.

After that, uncover it and start stirring it for 2 minutes, then add sufficient salt and cook it again another 7 minutes.

Finally, it is almost Ready apple pickle. Now make it cool our pickle at room temperature. Then preserve this delicious apple pickle into a jar. You can preserve this pickle at least three months.
